How TITAN is endeavoring to eliminate waste on jobsites

Reduce. Reuse. Recycle. We’ve all heard this trendy environmentally friendly mantra. However, for TITAN it’s about more than our impact on the environment. It’s about how we generate real impact by saving valuable time and money for our clients. 

Reduce: TITAN reduces the amount of equipment on a job site utilizing our modular Drophead system which requires less parts and cycles more quickly than conventional systems, not to mention reducing the labor to install. The majority of TITAN’s equipment arrives in a plug-n-play fashion reducing on-site labor and further improved by our recent R&D developments reducing bolted connections in favor of our new quick set XL Clips. TITAN’s patented Column Lock reduces, and in most cases, eliminates the more conventional X-bracing and corresponding wood purchases. The aforementioned new HV Filler beam is yet another way we reduce time consuming wood fillers and waste.

Reuse: TITAN’s expertly engineered modular system ensures that equipment is not only reused floor to floor on a given job, but also maintained and cycled from job to job for years of reuse. 

Recycle: For years, TITAN has worked largely with aluminum not only for its light weight and reliable nature, but because it is also highly recyclable. In addition, most of our aluminum beams feature nailers made from recycled material as well.
